Based on the internet, Battery Data Network Management (BDNM) system acquires, analyzes and
manages the battery data located at the different areas, and automatically generates the warnings.
Although the battery measurement devices and equipments are currently applied at many places
where the batteries are used, we still have a lot of work to do for the data management. Basically,
there is not a centralized management for the whole system. Now is the time to create a battery data
acquisition standard, to analyze and manage all data efficiently, and to make the determination of the
failed battery more accurate, which is helpful to the reliability and safety of the power system, and
also helpful to select the batteries in the future.
BDNM system can get all battery information of the whole system in time, which ensures that the
problems and potential problems can be fixed quickly. BDNM also analyzes all data of batteries with
different brands, such as battery lifetime, failure rate in certain years, etc. The analysis result can be used
as a reference for the next battery purchase. The accumulated historical records will help to create a
more individual and accurate model to analyze the failed batteries.
Using the database, internet and component technology, BDNM system obtains and manages the data
from SBM and BMS, and provides the real-time warning, data search and data analysis features. It can
manage all battery data at a state (province) level or even at the national level.
